These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by SkillMaxLab.tech (“SkillMaxLab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Villa 22, Street 210, Al Hilal 2, Zone 43, Doha, Qatar. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or purchasing any offering from SkillMaxLab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Service Offerings
2.1 Professional Qualification and Upskilling Services
We deliver live sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance professional skills.
2.2 Digital Content Products
We provide downloadable courses, e-books, and video tutorials designed for self-paced learning.
2.3 Physical Merchandise
We offer branded training materials and supplementary tools shipped to your address.
3. Refund and Schedule Change Policy
3.1 Live Professional Services
Clients may request a schedule change up to 48 hours before a session, subject to availability. To request a change, contact us via the Contact Form or by phone at +97481402978. If a schedule change is not feasible, a refund may be issued. Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Once processed, funds will be credited to your original method within 14 days of approval.
Requests submitted less than 7 days in advance are not eligible for reimbursement due to logistic arrangements with instructors and venue reservations.
3.2 Digital Content Products
Digital downloads may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no files have been accessed or downloaded. To request reimbursement, contact us via the Contact Form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 days and credited to your original method.
3.3 Physical Merchandise
Unopened items may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. To initiate, contact us via the Contact Form for instructions. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the reimbursement within 14 days. Shipping costs for sending back items are covered by the client unless the item is defective.
4. No Refunds for Certain Offerings
Custom coaching packages, group enrollments at discounted rates, and limited-seat events are non-refundable due to personalized preparation and resource allocation. We commit to delivering quality instruction and will work with you to reschedule when feasible.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, trademarks, and content are owned by SkillMaxLab and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillMaxLab shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Doha.
